常规提取的黄芪多糖经液相色谱进一步分离后,发现其中分子量为20 000~25 000的组分,对正常人及肿瘤患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)在体外分泌肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)具有明显地促进作用。进一步将PBMC分离成粘附和非粘附细胞后发现,黄芪多糖的这一组分对二者分别产生TNF-α和TNF-β均有增强作用,表明对黄芪多糖的进一步研究将有利于其在肿瘤治疗中的应用。
The conventionally extracted astragalus polysaccharides were further separated by liquid chromatography and found that the components with a molecular weight of 20 000 to 25 000 had the ability to secrete tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from normal and tumor patients.
