中等职业学校学生,正值青春期或青年初期,这一时期是人的心理变化最激烈的时期,也是产生心理困惑、心理冲突最多的时期。职校生中的大多数是基础教育中经常被忽视的弱势群体,是一个需要特别关注的特殊群体。作为职校的教师,对学生的教育应该做到如下:一、以身立教,为人师表;二、赏识+鼓励=成功;三、尊重学生也是尊重自己;四、教学渗透;五、正确对待“敏感群”学生。六、引导学生合理宣泄自己,保持心态平衡。
