针对当前交通运输市场的新形势以及铁路客运营销所面临的问题,分析了铁路建立客运营销信息系统的必要性和可能性,提出了客运营销信息系统。该系统覆盖全路,纵向分为铁道部、路局和车站等3级,横向由信息收集、数据分析和预测决策等3个模块构成。该系统数据全面,使用方便,有利于提高铁路营销工作的效率和质量。
In view of the new situation of the current transportation market and the problems faced by the railway passenger transportation marketing, the necessity and possibility of railway passenger transportation marketing information system are analyzed. The passenger transportation marketing information system is put forward. The system covers the entire road and is divided into three levels, namely, the Ministry of Railways, the railway administration and the railway stations in the longitudinal direction, and consists of three modules: information collection, data analysis and forecasting and decision making. The system is comprehensive and easy to use, which is beneficial to improve the efficiency and quality of railway marketing.
