城市社区党务工作者群体素质直接关系到社区党建工作的质量与成效。调查显示,实践导向的思想政治素养、清晰的角色认知、良好的业务技能以及务实亲民的品德与作风成为城市社区党务工作者群体素质“丛”的基本构成。其素质缺陷表现在知识结构上,长于政治理论与党务工作基本知识,而短于现代管理、心理、科技等知识;在提升素质手段上,较少利用网络等信息手段;在发展趋势上,政治信仰与政治判断一定程度受到了社会多元思潮的影响。
The quality of party community workers in urban communities is directly related to the quality and effectiveness of party building in the community.
