欧盟自20世纪90年代以来,推出了一系列支持中小企业发展的政策措施,有力地促进了欧盟成员国中小企业的发展。我国在发展中小企业方面应当借鉴欧盟的做法,建立中小企业融资担保体系,解决中小企业的触资困难;放宽行政审批,允许中小企业进入更多的经营领域;建立为中小企业服务的中介服务机构;扶持中小企业的技术创新。
Since the 1990s, the EU has introduced a series of policies and measures to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and effectively promoted the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in EU member states.
