为了大力推广科学养鱼技术,把先进实用的养鱼技术送到养鱼户手中,宁乡县畜牧水产局把《内陆水产》发行作为科技兴渔的重要工作来抓。到12月底止,发行《内陆水产》超过500份,达到640份,跨入省内先进行列。其主要做法是: 一、建立健全通讯发行网络。县畜牧水产局成立了以局长刘裕民为首的通讯发行工作领导小组。建立了以县水产工作站为龙头,县渔政站、县鱼苗鱼种繁殖场积极参加,区畜牧水产技术推广站、乡(镇)畜牧兽医工作站为基础的通讯发行网络。县水产工作站在年前把发行数量纳入区畜牧水产技术推广站目标管理内容,各区站也相应把任务分解到各乡(镇)兽医站,兽医分片包干逐户做好宣传征订工作。如回龙铺区发行110份,其中由兽医逐户征订数量占80％。
