目的和使用作为军用通信网的通信设备,特别是用于完全移动式的战术作业的通信设备,为便于操作和多功能必须要牢靠、轻量和简单。此外,它还必须具有防止任何非认可信息泄漏的可能性。采用数字传输方式,可以很经济地满足所有这些要求,为此,AEG—德律风根和西门子两家公司共同研制和生产了使用增量调制方式的语音、数据传输系统DX 15—60。
The purpose and use of communications equipment as a military communications network, and in particular communications equipment for fully mobile tactical operations, have to be robust, lightweight and simple for ease of operation and versatility. In addition, it must also have the potential to prevent the release of any non-approved information. Using digital transmission, all of these requirements can be met economically. To this end, AEG-Telefunken and Siemens jointly developed and manufactured the DX 15-60 voice and data transmission system using incremental modulation.
