几年来,我们公司实行纪委、监察、审计合署办公,结合企业的实际,突出查办了企业的经济案件.1995年以来,我们共查处各类案件19起,结案16起,其中万元以上的案件13起,10万元以上的案件6起,为企业挽回经济损失550万元.各案件涉及党员9人,其中被判刑4人,开除党籍5人,开除公职9人.通过查处案件,有力地打击了经济犯罪分子,为企业减少了经济损失.查办案件的实践使我们深刻地体会到:一、领导重视是查办案件的关键企业纪委、监察、审计合署办公,离不开党的领导.我们集团始终把查办经济案件作为反腐败的重要内容列入工作计划,并坚持党政主管负总责、分管领导负实责的原则,对一般案件,要求该立案的要立案,该查处的不手软;对大案要案,领导必须亲自挂帅,一抓到底,力争做到五定:即定案件、定方
