通过对脑出血实验动物模型或脑出血患者脑损伤的生化指标的检测,来了解脑出血后脑损伤的病理变化情况,为脑出血病理机制的进一步研究提供依据,同时也为各种治疗方法的疗效评价及脑出血患者的预后判断提供参考。炎症反应、自由基、兴奋性氨基酸中毒、神经细胞凋亡、凝血和纤溶系统的变化以及免疫功能的异常等等,从不同层面反映了脑出血后脑损伤病理机制的过程。现就近年来脑出血后脑损伤的生化指标检测在实验和临床方面研究的进展作一综述。
