随着我国高职高专院校不断扩大招生规模,毕业生数量不断增多,给高职高专院校毕业生就业带来了新的压力。本文选取了安徽省4所高职高专院校电子商务专业毕业生(含应届毕业生)、与高职高专院校存在校企合作的4家单位为研究对象,运用系统聚类分析高职高专电商学生对于就业因素需求优先序。在此基础上针对性地提出促进安徽省高职高专电商专业就业效率的建议。一、信息来源需求优先序总体分析我们要求被调查者在下面提到的11项就业信息来源中选
As China’s vocational colleges continue to expand the enrollment scale, the increasing number of graduates, to vocational college graduates employment has brought new pressure. This paper chooses four e-commerce graduates (including fresh graduates) in four higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province and four units that have cooperation with colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges as research objects, Vocational college business students demand priority for employment factors. On this basis, we put forward suggestions on how to promote the employment efficiency of E-commerce specialty in Anhui province. I.
