刚果(金)经济发展较落后,目前在该国最亟需的是推广农作物、特别是粮食作物的种植和生产技术。但是在刚果(金),蔬菜作物虽然不像木薯、玉米等粮食作物一样能够满足民众日常饮食的必须需求,但作为饮食结构中的重要一环,食用各类常规蔬菜作为一种基本需要,也同样是该国一部分人士和工作、生活在该国的相对富裕国家人们日常生活所离不了的。因此,在刚果(金)的目前状况下,研究探讨常规蔬菜的栽培与种植技术还是有着充分的现实意义和一定的远景前瞻性的。
The economy of the Democratic Republic of the Congo lags behind. At present, the most urgent need in the country is to promote the cultivation and production of crops, especially food crops. However, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the vegetable crops, unlike the food crops such as cassava and corn, can meet the needs of the daily diet of the general public. As an important part of the diet, all kinds of conventional vegetables are consumed as a basic requirement. It is also a part of the country’s people and work life in the country’s relative wealthy people can not live in daily life. Therefore, under the current situation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, research on the cultivation and planting techniques of conventional vegetables is still of sufficient realistic significance and certain forward-looking prospects.
