大庆石油管理局钻探集团钻技公司固井分公司六中队是一支有着光荣历史的队伍。自1986年2月组建以来,先后获得中油集团公司“银牌队”、黑龙江省“创新示范岗”、大庆石油管理局“金牌队”、“基层建设标杆队”、“铁人式红旗队伍标兵”、“先进党组织”和大庆钻探集团“铁人式红旗队伍”等多项荣誉。六中队现有职工54人,能独立完成大型探井、深井、疑难井、水平井等各类井型的固井施工任务。几年来,六中队向大庆1205和1202队看齐,狠抓队伍建设,在管理上求“细”,在服务上求“特”,在关心职工上求“实”,努力打造“铁人式红旗队伍”,年固井能力达到1000口以上,年人均固井20口左右,实现年人均产值100万元。
