本文介绍16例小儿主动脉缩窄伴室间隔缺损的外科治疗,其中9例(56％)伴有重度肺动脉高压。Ⅰ组6例作分期手术,3例室缺自然关闭,2例再次手术关闭室缺。Ⅱ组10例作同期手术。主动脉缩窄纠治主要采用左锁骨下动脉瓣行主动脉成形术(9例),Goro-Tex补片作主动脉扩大术(7例)。本文对手术方法的选择和术后肺动脉高压的处理作了较详细的讨论。
This article describes the surgical treatment of 16 cases of pediatric aortic constriction with ventricular septal defect, 9 (56%) with severe pulmonary hypertension. Six patients in group Ⅰ underwent staged surgery, 3 patients were closed naturally, and 2 patients were closed again after surgery. Group Ⅱ 10 patients underwent simultaneous surgery. Aortic constriction mainly used left aortic subclavian artery angioplasty (9 cases), Goro-Tex patch for aortic enlargement (7 cases). This article discusses the choice of surgical procedure and the treatment of postoperative pulmonary hypertension in more detail.
