目的探索如何使贵州省黔南州食品药品检验所适应新的监管形势对药品食品检验工作的需要。方法调研该所检验能力建设情况,分析该所工作内容及队伍建设等方面存在的问题及解决方法。结果近年来,该所基础设施和检验环境得到明显改善,并已建立药品检验管理和基本药物质量信息平台。结论仍存在技术人员短缺、实验用房紧张、检验资金不足、人员知识老化等问题。
Objective To explore how to adapt Guizhou Qiannan Food and Drug Administration to the needs of pharmaceutical and food inspection in the new regulatory situation. Methods Investigate the capacity building of the inspection, analyze the problems and solutions of the work content and team building. Results In recent years, the infrastructure and testing environment of the institute have been significantly improved, and a drug testing management and information platform for the quality of essential medicines have been set up. Conclusions There are still some problems such as shortage of technical personnel, shortage of experimental space, inadequate capital verification and personnel knowledge aging.
