旅游业是当今第一大产业,有着“一业兴、百业旺”的带动作用。旅游业对青岛来说,既是自然资源,也是本土优势。在最近召开的青岛加快旅游业发展大会上,青岛提出了全力打造国际化旅游目的地城市,推动特色旅游业成为青岛的鲜明城市特色、支柱产业,发布了一个意见(《加快旅游业率先科学发展意见》),一个纲要(《海洋旅游发展纲要(2013-2016))》)。山东省委常委、青岛市委书记李群提出了“城市即旅游,旅游即城市”的理念,旨在推动旅游业成为青岛的城市特色、支柱经济产业。
Tourism is the largest industry in the world today with the driving force of “one industry flourishes and all industries prosper.” For Qingdao, tourism is both a natural resource and a home-grown advantage. In the recently held Qingdao Speed up Tourism Conference, Qingdao put forward an effort to build an international tourism destination city and promote the tourism industry as a distinctive feature and pillar industry in Qingdao, and issued an opinion (“Accelerating the Tourism Industry to Take the Lead in Scientific Development Opinion ”), a compendium (“ Outline of Ocean Tourism Development (2013-2016)) ”). Shandong Provincial Party Committee, Qingdao Party Secretary Li Qun put forward the “city that is tourism, tourism that is the city” concept, to promote tourism to become Qingdao’s urban characteristics, the pillar industries.
