目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法 :西药均给予青霉素静脉点滴和鼻腔局部点呋喃西林麻黄素滴鼻液治疗,中药用苍耳辛夷通窍汤治疗。结果:本组165例中,临床治愈98例,显效38例,有效16例,无效13例,总有效率为92.1%。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效可靠。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic sinusitis. Methods: Western medicine were given penicillin intravenous drip and nasal local nitrofurazone ephedrine nasal drops treatment of traditional Chinese medicine Xiyong Tong Yi Tong soup treatment. Results: Among 165 cases in this group, 98 cases were clinically cured, 38 cases were markedly effective, 16 cases were effective and 13 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 92.1%. Conclusion: Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic sinusitis and reliable.
