本文对流行的两种“晚旋技术”理论进行了分析和评论,提出了“晚旋技术”的主导因素是科氏惯性力矩效应的新观点。

This paper analyzes and comments on two popular theories of late spin technology and puts forward a new viewpoint that the dominant factor of late spin technology is the effect of Coriolis moment.
