我国的校本教师培训目前尚处于起步阶段,培训的实际效果与理论构想差距还比较大,培训的实效性较底。教师是校本培训的主体,要提高培训的实效性,关键是要让教师把培训作为自己自觉的行为与需要,从而调动教师的积极性。具体可以采取以下策略:关注教师的需求,激发教师主动地学习;注重专业引领,强调沟通和对话;构建教师学习共同体,在教育教学实践中实现教师的发展。
China’s school-based teacher training is still in its infancy, the actual effect of training and the theoretical gap between the idea is still relatively large, the actual effectiveness of the training at the end. Teachers are the main body of school-based training. To improve the effectiveness of training, the key is to make teachers take training as their own conscious behaviors and needs so as to arouse the enthusiasm of teachers. Specifically, the following strategies can be taken: attention to the needs of teachers, motivating teachers to take the initiative to learn; focusing on professional leadership, emphasizing communication and dialogue; building a teacher learning community to achieve teacher development in education and teaching practice.
