咸旬高速公路是国家高速公路网银川至百色线在陕西省境内的重要路段,是陕西省规划建设的“236T’高速公路网中6条辐射线之一,是关中至天水经济区重大基础设施项目之一,更是推进新一轮西部大开发和服务”新丝绸之路经济带“建设的重要通道。咸旬高速全长93.6 km,全段设计双向4车道,行车时速80~100km,全线设互通式立交7处、桥梁120座,桥隧比例19%。控制性工程为4座刚构桥,其中三水河特大桥为预应力混凝土连续刚构桥,主墩墩高183m,为亚洲连续刚构桥第一高墩。该项目的建成将结束淳化、旬邑两个革命老区县不通高速公路的历史,对加速关天经济
