分析了复合于基体材料或嵌入机械结构中的NiTi丝对动、静应变的感知性能.基于NiTi形状记忆合金的振动感知和驱动特性,实现了机械系统振动的智能化控制,建立起机械系统的动力学模型.基于机械系统参数时变的特点,应用时频分析方法很好地描述了机械系统非平稳振动响应的过程.结果表明:NiTi形状记忆合金可灵敏地感知动、静应变,并可迅速作出反应,有效控制振动.
The sensing performance of dynamic and static strain on NiTi wire composited with matrix or embedded in mechanical structure was analyzed. Based on the vibration sensing and driving characteristics of NiTi shape memory alloy, the intelligent control of mechanical system vibration is realized, and the dynamic model of mechanical system is established. Based on the time-varying characteristics of mechanical system parameters, the time-frequency analysis method is used to describe the process of non-stationary vibration response of mechanical system well. The results show that NiTi shape memory alloy can sensitively sense the dynamic and the static strain, and can react quickly to effectively control the vibration.
