弧面垫是调节轧钢机轴承座合理受力的重要零件之一。随着轧机种类、规格的不同,弧面垫的圆弧半径各异。图1所示是我厂生产的某精密铝箔轧机上的弧面垫,它要求半径R为1200毫米的圆弧表面淬火后硬度为HRC 40~45,表面光洁度为▽6。以前,我们的加工工艺是:在热处理前一次把圆弧面就加工好,列于表面淬火后的零件变形(约0.15~0.20),则通过钳工研配来矫正,但多数保证不了弧面质量;另一种方法是,设计专用磨头和夹具在三米立式车床上进行精加工,虽然这种方法能够保证弧面质量,但成本高,周期长,加工较困难。我们经过探索研究,采用成形磨削新工艺,成功地解决了弧面垫淬火后的弧面加工。现将这种方法作一简要介绍。
Arc pad is to adjust the reasonable bearing force of rolling mill bearing one of the important parts. With the type of mill, different specifications, arc pad arc radius varies. Figure 1 shows the arc pad on a precision aluminum foil mill produced by our factory. It requires HRC 40 ~ 45 and surface finish of ▽ 6 after the surface hardness of HRC is 1200mm. In the past, our processing technology was that the arc surface was machined once before heat treatment, and the parts listed on the surface after quenching (about 0.15 ~ 0.20) were rectified by fitter but most of them could not guarantee the arc quality ; The other is to design special grinding head and jig to finish machining on 3-meter vertical lathe. Although this method can guarantee the quality of arc surface, it has high cost, long cycle and difficult processing. After our exploration and research, we adopt the new technology of forming grinding and succeeded in solving the arc processing after the arc pad quenching. Now this method for a brief introduction.
