党委作为一个组织集体,它在社会实践活动中要起到领导作用,总是通过一班人形成一个工作思路,然后再去指导工作的。只有思路正确,才能在实践中获得成功。那么党委怎样才能形成一个正确的思路呢?我认为必须重视每年成员在决策过程中的思维方式问题。在党的各种会议中,我们往往对某一成员的思维方式,特别是书记、副书记的思维方式比较重视,而党委作为一个整体、作为一级组织形成工作思路时,组合为群体思维过程时,这个群体中每个个体的思维方式、方法和要遵循的原则却被忽视。问题恰恰就在于实际工作中的许多重大问题的决策,往往是由党委这个集体作出的,而不是由书记、副书记或是某一个人说了算的,因此,正确的党委工作思路,必须注意研究个体思维组合为群体思维时的基本要求,这也是新的历史时期加强各级党委建设的一个重要的问题。 一、坚持整体性思维方式,防止片面性 马克思曾经这样概述思想的过程,从感性的具体上升到抽象的规定,再从抽象的规定上升到思维的具
