采用现代化分析检测手段对野生映山红瓣营养成分进行了全面分析;并对野生映山红花瓣各营养素价值进行了综合评价。结果表明,野生映山红花瓣中各营养成分含量分别为:水分83.12%、总糖7.15 g/100 g、蛋白质5.75 g/100 g、脂肪0.26 g/100 g、纤维素2.63 g/100 g,平均营养价值为4.912,高于红富士苹果(3.354)、雪花梨(4.059)和生菜(4.505),但比菠菜(6.557)和空心菜(6.454)要低。
Using modern analysis and detection means to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the nutritional components of the wild azalea petals; and comprehensive evaluation of the value of each nutrient of azalea petals. The results showed that the contents of nutrients in wild azalea petals were 83.12%, 7.15 g / 100 g of total sugar, 5.75 g / 100 g of protein, 0.26 g / 100 g of fat and 2.63 g / 100 g of cellulose respectively. Valued at 4.912, is lower than Red Fuji apples (3.354), Snow pear (4.059) and Lettuce (4.505) but lower than spinach (6.557) and spinach (6.454).
