现代社会,汽车市场的急速膨胀导致修理市场的扩张,但是汽车不同于自行车,现在修理厂面临的问题是学徒多,但真正有能力的高级技工急缺,高薪都难以招到。因此,结合我校汽车维修专业的现状,必须对汽修专业的教学进行改革,只有这样,才能适应社会大众需求,培养出社会需要的人才,才能更好地生存和发展。
In modern society, the rapid expansion of the automobile market leads to the expansion of the repair market. However, unlike a bicycle, a garage now faces more problems than an apprentice. However, the genuinely capable senior technicians are in short supply and the high salaries are hard to come by. Therefore, combined with the status quo of automobile maintenance major in our school, it is necessary to reform the teaching of auto repair major. Only in this way can we meet the needs of the general public and cultivate the talent needed by society so that we can better survive and develop.
