目的:观察灯盏花制剂对大鼠脑缺血再灌流损害的作用。方法:选用Wistar大鼠,制作大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)脑缺血再灌流(IR)模型,观察云南灯盏花制剂对大鼠MCAO后不同时相脑梗塞体积、一氧化氮(NO)表达及对细胞凋亡的作用。结果:使用灯盏花制剂后脑梗塞体积小,细胞凋亡数下降,尼克酷胺瞟吟二核苷酸磷酸黄递酶(NADPHd)表达无明显改变。结论:灯盏花制剂对脑缺血有效,其作用可能与增加局部脑血流量(rCBF)和神经元对NO毒性的耐受性有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Breviscapine on the damage of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods: The cerebral ischemia-reperfusion (IR) model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) was made in Wistar rats. The effects of Erigeron breviscapus preparations on infarct volume, nitric oxide (NO) expression in different phases of MCAO were observed. Effect on apoptosis. Results: Cerebrum infarction volume was small and the number of apoptotic cells decreased with the use of Erigeron preparations. No significant changes were observed in the expression of Nimodopamine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase (NADPHd). Conclusion: Erigeron is effective in cerebral ischemia, which may be related to increasing rCBF and neuronal tolerance to NO.
