努力提高基层党务工作者的能力和素质,是市委提出的一项重要任务。为什么提出这个任务?主要是党的历史方位的变化,要求基层党组织的工作必须突出创新性、时代性,跳出习惯的党建思维模式,转变工作方式,以人为本探索新规律。每一个党务工作者应该深刻感悟到提高自身素质和能力的紧迫性,如果不自觉提高素质和能力,将难以胜任其职。
Efforts to improve the ability and quality of grassroots party workers are an important task proposed by the municipal party committee. Why this task? Mainly the changes in the party’s historical position, requiring grass-roots party organizations work must highlight the innovative, the times, out of habitual party-building thinking mode, change the working methods, people-oriented exploration of the new law. Every party worker should have a profound understanding of the urgency of improving his own qualities and abilities, and will not be able to perform his duties without consciously raising his quality and ability.
