抓紧做好褪变档案材料的复制,是一项带有抢救性质的工作,是当前各级档案部门的一项十分紧迫而又十分繁重的任务。到底应如何来认识和对待这个工作,怎么组织力量迅速而有效地完成这一工作任务呢?笔者拟就这个问题谈谈自己的一些粗浅的认识。 (一) 毋庸置疑,档案材料的褪变现象是严重的,各级档案馆概莫能外。由于我们目前的档案保护条件还比较差,加上纸张、墨水质量不够好,而行文、书写又颇多不符要求。如用铅笔、圆珠笔签发、起草文件,用复写纸复写、打印文件等等,更是比比皆是。这怎能不引起档案材
Closer work of duplication of faded archival materials is a rescue operation and a very urgent and very arduous task for archives departments at all levels. In the end how to recognize and treat this work, how to organize forces to accomplish this task quickly and effectively? I intend to talk about some of my own shallow understanding of this issue. (A) There is no doubt that the fading phenomenon of archival materials is serious and the archives at all levels can not afford to be outside. Due to our current file protection conditions are still relatively poor, coupled with paper, ink quality is not good enough, and writing, writing and a lot of non-compliance requirements. Such as using a pencil, ball pen issue, drafting documents, with carbon copy paper, print documents, etc., is abound. How can this not cause file?
