目的 :通过研究分析因呃逆而造成对食管功能的损害及其影响 ,为临床治疗与预防因呃逆而造成的食管功能损伤提供理论依据。方法 :应用 2 4h动态 pH ,2 4h动态胆汁同步监测法、内镜检查并结合病理组织学检查的方法。结果 :呃逆可以导致明显的胃 -食管反流 ,尽而导致食管内pH明显减低、胆酸浓度升高 ,食管黏膜组织受到明显的损伤 ,从而导致食管功能受到明显的损害。结论 :呃逆可对食管的功能造成明显的损害和影响。而且呃逆发生的原因与炎症性病变、肿瘤及中枢神经系统的病变关系密切。
OBJECTIVE: To study and analyze the damage of esophageal function caused by hiccup and its influence, and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment and prevention of esophageal dysfunction caused by hiccup. Methods: 24 h dynamic pH, 24 h dynamic bile synchronous monitoring, endoscopy and histopathological examination were used. Results: Hiccup can lead to significant gastric - esophageal reflux, resulting in a significant decrease in esophageal pH, bile acid concentration, esophageal mucosal tissue was significantly damaged, resulting in significant damage to the esophagus. Conclusions: Hiccup can cause significant damage and effect on esophageal function. And the reasons for hiccups and inflammatory lesions, tumors and central nervous system lesions are closely related.
