在改革开放大潮中诞生的中国船舶工业总公司已驶过10年的航程。10年来,我们经受住了国际船舶市场持续萧条的冲击,在困境中崛起,跻身世界造船大国的行列,逐步发展成为专业门类齐全、军民结合、造修结合、生产经营与科研开发基本适应的多功能产业。10年造船产量660多万吨,修船产值翻了两番,开发了上千种非船舶产品,承接了我国最大的航天发射塔架等一批国家重点工程项目。船舶的建造能力发展到单船10万吨级、15万吨级,产品的性能和质量达到了国际先进水平。中国船舶工业为现代国防、现代航运、现代海洋发展和国民经济其它相关领域的发展作出了重要的贡献,实现了邓小平同志提出的“船舶要打入世界市场”的目标。 10年的改革实践使我们深深感到,在建设社
