一、这次提案审查的结果,已由大会主席团讨论并提出了修正意见。兹将提案审查经过和结果向大会报告如下:截至这次会议开幕后第二天(三月二日)上午十二时,共收到提案一、一四八件,其中以生产建设类最多,计共四百案(工业建设二○七案,农林水利一九三案);文教卫生类次之,计共二五二案(文教」六九案,卫生八三案);财政经济二五案(财税九一案,商业八二案,金融三一案,合作一一案);政治类一六四案;治安类一○二案;市政类一五案。在截止期后所收到的提案,均未审查,留交协商委员会负责处理。
First, the result of this proposal review has been discussed by the presidium of the General Assembly and proposed amendments. The review of the proposal and its findings are hereby reported to the General Assembly as follows: As at the next day (March 2) at 12:00 a.m. on the second day after the opening of this meeting, I have received a total of one to one hundred and forty-eight proposals, of which the largest is in production and construction, A total of four hundred cases (industrial construction 277 cases, forestry, irrigation and water conservancy 19 cases); cultural and educational health category, a total of 2572 cases (cultural and educational "six nine cases, health eight three cases); financial economy twenty-five (Fiscal and tax ninety-one cases, commercial eight cases, financial thirty-one cases and cooperative one case); political class 164 cases; public security class 102 cases; municipal class I case. None of the proposals received after the deadline have been censored, leaving the consultative committee to deal with it.
