目的探讨近视儿童佩戴不同程度的屈光矫正镜及不戴镜对近视发展的影响。方法7~12岁近视患者250例(500只眼),分为5组,每组50人,又将这5组患者分为两部分,第一部分为戴镜组共200例,第二部分为不戴镜组共50例,将第一部分戴镜组随机分成4组,每组50人,用1%复方托品酰胺快速散瞳检影验光,第1、2、3、4组依次将单眼视力矫正到0.8、1.0、1.2、1.5,按验光结果配镜并记录,第5组不配镜50人(患儿父母坚决不同意配戴矫正眼镜),并记录单眼矫正视力到1.0的屈光度;1年后同样方法测量其屈光度的变化,共计5年。结果各组患者近视屈光度均逐年增加,第1、2组的平均每年增加度数明显低于第3、第4和第5组(P<0.01);第3、第4和第5组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论不同程度的屈光矫正及未矫正对近视者屈光演变过程有影响,过度矫正及未矫正均可加速近视的发展。
Objective To investigate the effect of myopia children wearing different degrees of refractive correction lenses and not wearing glasses on the development of myopia. Conclusion Different degrees of refractive correction and uncorrected have an impact on the refractive evolution of myopia, over-correction and uncorrected can accelerate the development of myopia.
