广西壮族自治区自1958年12月11日成立,至今已走过了整整40个春秋,40年来,广西的面貌发生了翻天覆地的巨大变化,全区各项事业均得到了突飞猛进的发展。如今的广西,经济繁荣,发展成就令人瞩目;人民的精神面貌和健康状况使人振奋。这一切都是与自治区政府在全力进行自治区建设发展的同时,高度重视加强卫生工作,保障人民身心健康的自主意识分不开的。在过去的40年间,自治区的卫生事业,尤其是卫生防疫事业在党的“预防为主” 方针指引下,在各级党委和政府的正确领导下,经过全区卫生防疫人员和全社会的共同努力,在为经济建设和人民健康方面做出了突出贡献,为广西的政治安定,经济繁荣,社会进步发挥了重要作用。成就的取得,令人振奋,使人欣慰。然而,欣喜之余,我们应该看到,新时期所赋予我们光荣而艰巨的使命,不允许我们沉醉于以往取得的成就不能自拔,以至停滞不前。应清楚地看到,新时期对我们卫生防疫事业同样是机遇和挑战并存,困难和发展同在。因此,适应新的形势,发现新的问题,寻求新的途径,争取新的发展,应成为各级组织高度重视的主要工作,要抓紧时间,尽快使自治区的卫生防疫事业适应新形势发展的要求。
The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region was established on December 11th, 1958. It has now gone through a full 40 years. In the past 40 years, the face of Guangxi has undergone enormous changes. All fields in the region have achieved rapid development. Today’s Guangxi boasts a prosperous economy and remarkable development achievements. The people’s mental outlook and health status are inspiring. All these are inseparable from the autonomy of the autonomous region’s government in its efforts to carry out the construction of the autonomous region and at the same time attach great importance to strengthening health work and safeguarding people’s physical and mental health. In the past 40 years, the health services of the autonomous region, especially the health and epidemic prevention projects, have been under the leadership of the party’s “prevention-oriented” approach, under the correct leadership of the party committees and governments at all levels, and through the district’s health and anti-epidemic personnel and the entire community. Efforts have made outstanding contributions to economic construction and people’s health, and have played an important role in Guangxi’s political stability, economic prosperity, and social progress. The achievement of achievements is exciting and gratifying. However, with delight, we should see that the new era has given us a glorious and arduous mission that does not allow us to indulge in past achievements that we cannot extricate ourselves from, and even stagnate. It should be clearly seen that the new era is also an opportunity and a challenge for our sanitation and epidemic prevention. Difficulty and development are also present. Therefore, adapting to new situations, discovering new problems, seeking new avenues, and striving for new development should become the main tasks that are highly valued by organizations at all levels. We must seize the time and quickly adapt the sanitation and anti-epidemic cause of the autonomous region to the requirements of the development of the new situation. .
