目的:为了手术患者的安全,加强手术室感染控制是确保手术患者安全和提高医疗质量的重要保障,认真探寻洁净手术部物品管理、环境管理对于控制感染的路径。方法:我院自2010年2月启用洁净手术部,通过四年临床工作实践,结合我科实际情况,通过加强各类人员管理,组织手术部全体护士和相关人员进行洁净手术部理论知识培训并进行考核合格,制定并严格执行各种操作技术规范、工作标准以及操作流程;加强手术部一次性物品、可复用的器械和物品的贮存、使用,以及使用后处理的管理。结果:通过对洁净手术部环境、物品等各个环节的管理,无菌物品合格率100%,无菌手术间空气质量在静态环境中细菌菌落数均符合卫生部颁发的洁净手术部空气环境卫生学标准,为手术营造了一个洁净、安全的手术环境,对预防医院感染,提高手术成功率起到重要保障的作用。从而减少医疗纠纷,确保手术患者的安全。结论:通过加强洁净手术部环境管理和物品管理,有效预防和控制了医院感染的发生。
