春节即将来到,又值雨雪季节,根据历年经验,这一期间正是生产救灾工作的紧要关头,灾区各地领导上,如思想稍一麻痹,灾情即可能骤然发展,甚至发生饿死入、冻死人的严重事件。为了领导灾民顺利渡过旧历年关与雨雪关,并进一步战胜灾荒,保证完成今年度治淮任务,争取今年农业丰收,灾区各地当前应进一步加强封于生产救灾工作的领导,认真做好以下几项工作:一、各地应组织力量,经常深入检查灾情,随时掌握灾情变化情况。同时结合查灾,大力组织群众广泛开展副业生产,并帮助群众解决供销困难,使副业生产在春节雨雪期间,得以坚持,不致停顿。对于断炊户应进行急救,各地应保证做到在此期间不发生饿死和冻死人的严重现
