目的 了解产后家庭护理需求 ,探索提高产后护理服务质量的有效方法。方法 自产妇出院第 3天开始 ,通过电话对产妇及婴儿情况进行追踪并指导家庭护理 ,每 3~ 5天一次 ,直到产褥期结束。结果 在追踪过程中 ,发现产妇对婴儿护理以及新生儿正常的生理现象提问较多 ,通过电话指导 ,使健康教育始终贯穿产褥期。结论 产后电话追踪是医院工作的良好延续 ,能够及时了解产妇及家属对产褥期保健及新生儿护理等方面的需求 ,及时提供适当的指导 ,有利于产褥期产妇及新生儿护理质量的提高
Objective To understand the needs of postpartum home nursing and to explore effective ways to improve the quality of postnatal care services. Methods From the third day after the mother was discharged, the maternal and infant situation was tracked by phone and home care was given every 3 to 5 days until the end of puerperium. Results During the follow-up, it was found that mothers asked more questions about infant nursing and the normal physiological phenomenon of newborns. Through telephone guidance, health education always ran through the puerperium. Conclusion Postpartum telephone tracking is a good continuation of hospital work. It can keep abreast of the demands of maternal and family members for puerperium health care and newborn care, and provide appropriate guidance in time to improve the quality of nursing for postpartum mothers and newborns
