目的:介绍台湾地区临床药学的发展现状,促进大陆临床药学的健康发展。方法:通过去台湾地区接受临床药师培训,和台湾地区临床药师直接交流,从临床药师的培训、团队建设、临床药学电子化建设和临床药师日常参考资料等方面作分析。结果:台湾地区临床药师须经过严格上岗培训,团队素质高,拥有权威的英文参考资料,临床药学已实现电子化。结论:大陆临床药学已落后于台湾地区,应加大临床药师培训力度,规范大陆临床药师行为。
Objective: To introduce the status quo of clinical pharmacy in Taiwan and promote the healthy development of clinical pharmacy in mainland China. Methods: By going to Taiwan for clinical pharmacist training and direct communication with clinical pharmacists in Taiwan, the paper analyzed the clinical pharmacist training, team building, clinical pharmacy electronic construction and clinical pharmacists daily reference materials. Results: Clinical pharmacists in Taiwan must undergo rigorous induction training, high-quality teams and authoritative English reference materials. Clinical pharmacy has been electronically implemented. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacy in mainland China lags behind in Taiwan. The training of clinical pharmacists should be stepped up and the clinical pharmacist behavior in mainland should be standardized.
