评价原型SPECT系统结合多层CT(MDCT)获得有关冠状动脉解剖和血流动力学病变意义的补充信息。连续25例可疑或已经明确诊断冠心病(CAD)病人接受常规SPECT心肌灌注显像(MPI)和用可移动的并连接上64层MDCT系统的SPECT做重复的MPI。冠状动脉CT血管成像(cCTA)在病人复位之前已经完成。用常规MPI和研究性MPI两种方法对比研究检出心肌灌注缺损(PD)。2名观察员基于MPI、cCTA、联合运用MPI和cCTA的融合图像独立诊断有无冠心病。
Evaluation of Prototype SPECT Systems Combined with Multi-slice CT (MDCT) Additional Information on the Significance of Coronary Artery Disorders and Hemodynamic Lesions. Twenty-five consecutive patients with suspected or confirmed CAD were treated with conventional SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) and repeated MPI with a removable SPECT with a 64-layer MDCT system attached. Coronary CT angiography (cCTA) was completed before the patient was reset. Myocardial perfusion defect (PD) was detected in both MPI and MPI methods. Two observers independently diagnosed coronary heart disease on the basis of MPI and cCTA using a combination of MPI and cCTA images.
