系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)时的常见血液系改变有溶血、免疫性血细胞减少及凝血病。作者报告6例 SLE 伴发热及暴发性全血细胞减少患者,其骨髓中有反应性组织细胞增生与吞噬造血细胞现象。从1987～1990年共250例 SLE 患者,其中6例有发热及严重全血细胞减少,此6例均符合美国风湿病协会诊断标准。患者均有发热,淋巴结肿大3例,典型颧骨部的皮疹1例,四肢血管炎性皮疹2例,肾病综合征2例,类似急性阑尾炎的明显腹痛1例次。6例均有全血细胞及
Common hematologic changes in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) include hemolysis, immune cytopenias, and coagulopathy. The authors report 6 patients with SLE with fever and fulminant pancytopenia, the bone marrow in his case of reactive tissue hyperplasia and phagocytosis of hematopoietic cells. A total of 250 patients with SLE from 1987 to 1990, of which 6 cases of fever and severe pancytopenia, all 6 cases are in line with the American College of Rheumatology diagnostic criteria. All patients had fever, lymphadenopathy in 3 cases, a typical case of rash in the zygomatic region, 2 cases of extremity vascular inflammatory rash, 2 cases of nephrotic syndrome, similar to acute appendicitis, 1 case of abdominal pain. 6 cases of whole blood cells and
