患者,男,55岁,自诉2个月前开始无明显诱因的出现咽痛,并伴有刺激性呛咳,咳白色黏痰,于2016年5月9日来我院门诊就诊。门诊行动态喉镜示:会厌喉面偏右可见表面不平的青紫色肿物(图1),考虑为纤维血管瘤或其他良性肿物的可能性大,故未行术前病理检查,入院后常规检查无异常,故以会厌肿物于2016年5月12日在全身麻醉下行支撑喉镜下会厌肿物切除术,术中见肿物位于会厌喉面右侧,大小约1.0cm×0.8cm。用等离子刀延肿物根部切除肿物,并送术后病理检查。术后
