1 轴断裂原因初步分析 新疆八一钢铁总厂500×2开坯车间a=1400mm主减速机(该设备为通用设计)大齿轮低速轴于1983年12月15日及1987年7月21日在φ=320轴肩同一处断面发生断裂(见图1),造成很大的经济损失。事故发生后,从车间事故分析报告上介绍,当时二付500轧机上仅过一支普碳钢,钢温与工世尺寸符合工艺规范,起保护作用的保险瓦、套筒及主电机的过流继电器均未破坏和跳闸,车间以事故发生原因初
