新世纪以来,全球科技、信息、社会文化和经济都取得了日新月异的发展,各行业之间的竞争也日趋激烈。在同类企业单位的竞争归根结底都是各项资源和能力的比拼。而在这些资源之中,人力资源占据着重量的地位,并起着重要的作用。人力资源管理在企业管理之中也逐步从传统的人事管理部门上升到企业竞争之中的主导地位。企业在工作和发展的同时不断更新对人力资源的认识,调整和完善新的战略,进而促进企业发展进程。本文就绩效考核在人力资源管理中的各种相关作用进行深入分析与总结。
