过去的一年,在党中央、国务院领导下,上海人民胜利实现了小平同志对上海提出的“一年一个样,三年大变样’地奋斗目标。岁末年初,上海又迎来了开创新三年工作新局面的希望之年。上海市化工局系统应如何在现有的基础上,抓住机遇,继往开来,不断夺取新的更大的胜利呢?就此,本刊编辑部专访了上海市化工局新任党委书记俞德雄同志,请他就上海市化工局系统在新三年中的发展方向及目标谈了一些规划和设想。
