利用魏荆输油管道魏岗输油站油罐大修的机会,消除油罐卡阻隐患,达到油罐安全运行、提高罐容利用率的目的。基于对浮顶偏移量现场测试结果的分析,制定了释放中央排水管内应力、调整导轨位移、上水试验时整治罐壁变形的浮顶卡阻整治方案:将两组中央排水管固定结构由硬连接转变为软连接;调整浮梯与导轨中心的偏移;缩小一次密封压板与托板水平尺寸;罐壁变形部位的冷校正。油罐的卡阻浮顶经过综合整治后,中央排水系统内应力消除,排水管水平位移可达30mm;浮梯中心水平投影线与导轨中心线重合,浮梯滚轮与导轨无摩擦;油罐上水试验到极限罐位时,浮顶升降无卡阻;提高了罐容利用率,消除了浮顶倾斜、卡阻甚至沉船的隐患。
