一、总则第一条为明确功过,分别奖惩,以促进工作效率,提高技术标准,而保证水利工程顺利完成,特制定本办法。第二条本办法所称工作人员,包括参加工作之干部及民工。二、奖惩第三条水利工程工作人员有左列情形之一或数款者,得分别予以奖励。甲、关于干部者:一、对水利工程有新的创造、发明,或建议改进,经采用后,确能提高技术标准者。二、对于水利工程之规划、设计、周详缜密,且能获得正确成果,于工程设计有重大贡献者,结合具体情况,获得经济、安全显著功效者。三、对勘测工作不辞艰苦,如期完成,且能获得正确成果,于工程设计有重大贡献者。四、对工粮器材之购运、调配、保管、稽核、处理妥善,功绩卓著者。
