针对低信噪比情况下空间谱估计算法性能下降的问题,建立了低信噪比的阵列误差模型.该模型不仅考虑了通道幅相误差对接收信号的影响,还考虑了它对接收机通道噪声的影响.利用该模型提出了一种通道幅相误差校正算法,该算法结合阵列接收数据自相关矩阵的特征值分解和迭代方法,可以在低信噪比情况下准确求得阵列通道幅相误差,使得高分辨率的空间谱估计算法能够很好地应用于毫米波热辐射阵列接收系统.最后通过仿真和实验验证了所建立的阵列误差模型和算法的正确性和有效性.
Aiming at the performance degradation of the spatial spectrum estimation algorithm under low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), an array error model with low signal-to-noise ratio is established. The model not only considers the influence of channel amplitude and phase error on the received signal, Noise.A channel amplitude and phase error correction algorithm is proposed by using this model. Combining the eigenvalue decomposition and iterative method of the array received data autocorrelation matrix, the algorithm can accurately determine the amplitude and phase of the array channel at low SNR Error so that the high-resolution spatial spectrum estimation algorithm can be well applied to the millimeter-wave thermal radiation array receiving system.Finally, the correctness and validity of the established array error model and algorithm are verified by simulation and experiments.
