论述了机床在启动状态下工艺过程精度的可靠性及分布稳定性的判定;绘制用于分析系统工作条件下的状态转移图;计算有关分布特性参数、故障率、修复率等。为分析系统在启动状态下的可靠性提供可靠的定性和定量依据。
The reliability and the stability of the process of the machine tool during start-up are discussed. The state transition diagram is drawn for analyzing the working conditions of the system. The distribution characteristic parameters, failure rate and repair rate are calculated. To provide a reliable qualitative and quantitative basis for analyzing the reliability of the system in the starting state.
