煤层自然是我国煤矿中存在的一个较为普遍的问题,尤其是西北地区体罗纪煤田,煤层自然尤为严重。本文仅对陕西省焦坪矿区侏罗纪煤层自燃因素进行了较为系统的研究,首次用分离煤岩纽分的方法进行了测定单组分和混合组分燃点的模拟实验。表明镜煤、亮煤,暗煤、丝炭各组分本身的燃点就有较大差异,因此,煤的燃点在很大程度上取决于煤中各组分的配比关系。文中提出了用煤的相旋迥分析对比方法预测厚煤层不同层段的自然倾向,文中也对煤层自然的机理进行了探讨。
Coal seam is naturally a common problem existing in coal mines in our country, especially in the Torajian coalfield in Northwest China, where the coal seam is particularly serious. In this paper, only the spontaneous combustion factors of Jurassic coal seam in Jiao Ping mining area of Shaanxi Province were systematically studied. For the first time, a simulation experiment was conducted to determine the ignition points of single component and mixed component with the method of separation of coal and rock. It shows that the ignition points of mirror coal, bright coal, dark coal, and filament are quite different. Therefore, the ignition point of coal depends largely on the ratio of each component in coal. In this paper, the natural tendency of different layers of thick seam is predicted by the phase contrast analysis of coal, and the natural mechanism of coal seam is also discussed.
