一、做好初高中英语教学的衔接工作升入高一级学府,学生总是有着莫名的紧张感。教师要想做好高中英语教学工作,首先要做到的一点就是加强和学生的联系,深入到学生当中去,加强沟通与了解,尽快与学生熟悉起来,打成一片,有效降低学生的心理压力。其次,教师要组织入学摸底考试,大致了解每一个学生的英语水平,及时查漏补缺,弥补学生在初中阶段的英语学习中出现的知识遗漏。我们可以根据摸底考试的情况,利用一个月的时间,从词汇、短语、句

Teachers want to do a good job in high school English teaching, the first thing to be done is to strengthen the contact with the students, go deep into the students to enhance communication and understanding, as soon as possible with the students familiar with, into one, effectively reduce the psychological pressure on students. Second, teachers should organize entrance exams to gain a general understanding of each student’s English proficiency and to find out the gaps in time to make up for the missing knowledge of students in their junior high school English learning. We can according to thoroughly exam the situation, using a month’s time, from words, phrases, sentences
