从关系嵌入及结构嵌入视角着手,运用BP神经网络仿真模型分析连锁董事战略介入对企业纵向一体化程度的影响;借鉴社会网络分析和图论,通过选取连锁董事比例衡量企业内部资源数量,以程度中心度、中介中心度和特征向量中心度描绘企业外部关系网络特征。结果表明:关系嵌入程度越高,连锁董事所具有的异质性资源在企业纵向一体化战略抉择时越能发挥积极作用;结构嵌入程度高的企业在市场交易过程中倾向于与其它企业签订契约外包生产活动,提高企业内部运作效率,从而降低了纵向一体化程度。
From the perspective of relationship embedding and structure embedding, we use BP neural network simulation model to analyze the influence of interlocking directors’ strategic intervention on the vertical integration of enterprises. Using social network analysis and graph theory, we choose the number of chain directors to measure the amount of internal resources, Centrality, Mediator Center, and Eigenvector Centrality depict the characteristics of an enterprise’s external relationship network. The results show that the higher the degree of relationship embedding, the more heterogeneous resources the chain directors have, the more they can play an active role in the vertical strategic decision of the enterprise. Enterprises with high degree of structural embedding tend to sign contracts with other enterprises in the process of market transactions Outsourcing production activities to improve internal operational efficiency, thereby reducing the vertical integration.
