有这样一位地区档案局长,他先后九次被评为地、县劳动模范、先进工作者或优秀党员,三次被评为河南省先进档案工作者,1989年被南阳地区树为“廉政标兵”。今年,又被国家人事部、国家档案局评选为全国档案系统劳动模范。他所领导的地区档案工作样样先进,在全省创出了一流的水平。他就是河南省南阳地区档案局局长张丕廉。 依依档案情 张丕廉1931年7月出生在南阳县一个贫寒的农家,1949年10月参加工作,1952年加入中国共产党,1953年进地委机关任政策研究员。1956年6月地委机关建立档案工作时,领导看中了他,要他到地委办公室管理档案。他二话没说,愉快地接受了任务,心想:“组织上把如此重要的工作交给我,要干,就要干出个样儿来。”从此他便与档案结下了不解之缘,一干就是35年。
